One of the fun parts of visiting Philadelphia is that there are cute undergraduates (that is, the men) everywhere because of the more than 80 colleges and universities in the metro area. Can you say eye candy? LOL.
The gym also had its share of cute, fit guys which always inspires me to work harder during my workout.

GMWC, gym eye candy doesn't exactly go with this post, but what the hey--thought you'd be more likely to see question here. That is, are you watching The War, Ken Burns' documentary that's showing this week on PBS? If so, what are your thoughts? I'm doing a lot of comparing and contrasting with our--American public's--engagement with our current war in Iraq. Sadly, perhaps it's more dis-engagement.
I haven't been watching TV, so I can't comment on the Ken Burns program; however, I think your observation is true, that most Americans are disengaged with Iraq.
Except for the troops and their families, Americans are not being asked to sacrifice for the Iraq war. Nor do I think that most Americans support the Iraq war.
I usually use my other blog The Bright Light Bulb for commenting on politics (and on religion).
By the way, I like your blog (and your dog sounds neat, too). :)
