Each year, we enjoy going on vacation. This year, we went to New England, to visit several dear friends. We also toured some of the sights, visiting Providencetown; one of the many mansions of Newport; Yale's Peabody Museum of Natural History; and Bunker Hill and Faneuil Hall in Boston. Since one of my history classes had featured the textile mills of Lowell, we also toured the old textile mills there (which is now a National Historical Park).
We had a great time, especially seeing our friends.

I still like to admire cute, sexy guys. LOL. Somehow, I've gotten to be middle-aged although I still feel like I'm in my twenties. I believe in karma. Both my life partner and I love animals; in February of 2008, we adopted a cat from the local animal shelter. She now runs our household.
